As Regional Vice President of Sales , you will drive sales and revenue through a team of District Sales Managers (Territory Sales Representatives) in the defined geography and opportunity zones to exceed the assigned gross margin. Drive regional revenue targets in alignment with a strategic framework and Head of Retail Sales as you cultivate and maintain a strong customer-focused approach. Develop DSMs to consistently achieve gross margin targets. Perform daily and weekly sales calls to discuss district performance, review information DSMs gathered during their visits and cold calls to identify barriers and review On-Site Business Reviews (OBRs) Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends; define regional sales system improvements; and implement change. Recommend product lines by identifying new product or service opportunities and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends. You Have A demonstrated history of selling to SMB retailers within the assigned geography. Experience building business growth strategies to drive volume through new and existing customers. At least five years of experience developing B2B sales teams in a defined geo-delivering value-add solutions to SMB retailers. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willing to travel within the territory more than 65% of the time. Our Perks Competitive base salary plus uncapped on-target sales commissions.
