This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic sales leader to drive growth across the Americas by expanding market presence, deepening client relationships, and pursuing new business opportunities in a region with strong potential. The role focuses on leveraging the company’s advanced compounding technology and industry reputation. Responsibilities Drive revenue, order intake, and margin growth within the set cost framework for new equipment sales. Expand market share by strengthening the company’s position and pursuing new business opportunities. Implement regional and local sales strategies while supporting marketing efforts as needed. Manage key accounts and develop new client relationships within target industries. Demonstrated success in selling OEM capital equipment, supported by a strong technical sales background. Prior experience in any mixer equivalent equipment is highly desirable. Genuine enthusiasm for heavy plastic processing equipment, paired with a hands-on, practical approach. Strong command of the full sales cycle, from strategy development and proposal creation to complex contract negotiation. Solid grasp of commercial business practices and the ability to align sales efforts with broader organizational goals. Global mindset with experience working across diverse cultures; international exposure is a plus. Qualifications Strategic sales leadership with a track record of managing complex accounts and long-term contracts, particularly within compounding or related plastic manufacturing. Experience selling OEM capital equipment; strong technical sales background. Prior experience with mixer-equivalent equipment is highly desirable.
