What we need
We’re looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales to lead the execution of LoopMe’s Midwest growth plan and play a hands-on and pivotal role in growing our brand presence across the region. Your deep-rooted understanding of the evolving digital media / ad tech ecosystems and your experience growing successful sales teams with complex sales cycles will greatly contribute to the growth of the region and the wider global business.
What you’ll be doing
- Growing the Midwest revenue from new and existing clients in line with our global objectives
- Developing and executing new business strategies to achieve the market goals and developing strategic relationships with large agencies and advertisers
- Building, leading and mentoring a team
- Working with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service
You’ll have
- A successful track record at closing complex digital solutions to Media Agencies, brands and trading desks
- A black book of existing agency and client relationships within the Central market
- Demonstrated success in building regional sales plans
- An expert understanding of the mobile or video advertising market: products, players, technologies, programmatic exchange and / or self-serve
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand customer needs and create unique strategic and sustainable partnership with agencies and brands
- Organised with excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and build credibility across all levels of experience
- Successful experience leveraging Salesforce to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data
