Job Details

Responsibilities:

* Lead and grow the sales department, including hiring, training, and performance management * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and revenue * Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy * Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings * Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales goals with operational capabilities * Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar area of study * 5+ years of sales management experience in the food manufacturing or processing industry * Proficiency in CRM platforms and ERP systems
