Overview Our client is a leader in their sector with a reputation for excellence and innovation in the air purification space. We are seeking a new Vice President of Sales for the business, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing road maps for achieving targeted sales growth, while building a successful, high-performance sales team. This individual must have a past track record of sales growth success with experience in implementing and organizing business development strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining key relationships. You will lead the transformation of the internal administrative processes for the sales organization to create a more efficient and “best practices”-focused foundation for the group. Ideally you will have spent career time in both entrepreneurial and professionalized environments, having shown the ability to take sales strategies and best practices and implement them creatively and effectively in a middle-market entrepreneurial enterprise. A successful candidate will possess a proven background in sales in commercial and public sectors.
