Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Wellness Sales Associate at Restore Hyper Wellness in Kirkland and Issaquah, WA. A Wellness sales associate will be responsible for being the expert of Restore and our services! This involves handling phone calls, selling packages and memberships, providing exceptional customer service, managing appointment bookings, upholding cleanliness of the store and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications/Responsibilites
Phone etiquette and intrapersonal skills
Passion for health and wellness
Conducting tours and selling service packages and memberships
Greeting clients and assisting them with Restore's wellness services
Receptionist duties and customer service experience
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Detail-oriented and organized
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness
High school diploma or equivalent
Some weekend availability required
