Job Overview: We're looking for two reliable, service-driven Wellness Studio Associates to join our team at beem Light Sauna in West Hartford and Glastonbury. This hybrid role combines studio maintenance and guest experience with membership sales and customer service to ensure every client receives a welcoming, restorative visit. Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience & Sales: Serve as a friendly, knowledgeable ambassador for the beem Light Sauna brand Welcome and check in clients, ensuring each visit is smooth and exceptional Educate guests on our services, including infrared sauna, red light therapy, and chromotherapy Drive revenue through membership sales, package offerings, and promotional campaigns Manage all front desk systems: appointment check-ins, new memberships, phone/email inquiries, cash handling, etc. Host studio events and support local outreach efforts Provide top-tier customer service in person and through follow-up communications Contribute to a high-energy, positive, and engaged studio culture Studio Maintenance & Cleanliness: Refresh and reset private sauna suites between guests (remove towels, sanitize surfaces, restock amenities) Clean and maintain the reception area, sauna rooms, restrooms, showers, and laundry area throughout shifts Fold and organize towel inventory Stock supply closets and maintain an organized back-of-house area Ensure the studio is clean, functional, and welcoming at all times Qualifications: Passion for wellness, clean living, and helping others feel their best Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or wellness preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependable schedule Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Willingness to clean, organize, and maintain a high standard of studio hygiene Sales and membership experience a plus Weekend availability required To Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief note on why you'd be a great fit for our studio team.
