Next Level Physio is a rapidly growing hybrid sports physical therapy and performance company with locations in NJ and NC.

We're on a mission to help active adults — especially runners, triathletes, and hybrid athletes — optimize their health and get back to what they love. We’re looking for a highly motivated, numbers-driven Sales Setter who thrives on meaningful conversations, builds instant rapport, and knows how to lead with value using a consultative approach — not high-pressure tactics. Bonus points if you’re an endurance athlete, runner, or just someone who loves to train. Our team lives and breathes this lifestyle. Your Core Mission:

Turn warm, inbound leads (from ads and content) into scheduled discovery calls and free assessments at one of our clinics.

You’ll use a mix of text, calls, and emails to connect with leads, qualify them, and guide them through our 3-step process. You’ll need to:
