Wholesale Sales Associate

Salary: Up to $85,000

We are seeking a driven Wholesale Sales Associate (with strong potential to grow into an Account Manager role) to join our dynamic team. This role will work closely with the VP of Sales, as well as the Sales and Merchandising teams, to manage and grow relationships with top national retailers including The Buckle, PacSun, Macy's, Kohl's, Tilly's, Ross, TJX, and more.

This individual will serve as a key liaison between our headquarters design team (based in LA) and our retail partners, ensuring all programs are organized, on track, and aligned with company processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day wholesale account activities for key retail partners. • Support sales and merchandising teams to ensure timely product launches, order fulfillment, and seasonal initiatives. • Maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and planners, serving as a responsive and solutions-oriented contact. • Track and manage orders, samples, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution. • Adhere to HQ processes and workflows to maintain consistency and efficiency. • Coordinate with the LA-based design team to align seasonal assortments with account needs. • Travel to Los Angeles HQ as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience. • 2-4 years of wholesale sales, account management, or related experience. • Men's apparel experience strongly preferred. • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with retail order management systems a plus. • Willingness to travel if required.
