Overview We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Manager to oversee daily operations and drive sales for our culinary and design showroom. This individual will serve as both the face of the showroom and a trusted consultant to clients, offering expert guidance on culinary, floral, and event design products and services. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has strong sales skills, and thrives in a creative, design-forward environment. Responsibilities Sales & Client Engagement Welcome and build relationships with prospective clients, designers, and event professionals. Understand client needs and present tailored culinary and design solutions. Conduct product and service demonstrations, tastings, and showroom walkthroughs. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Showroom Management Maintain an inspiring, organized, and visually appealing showroom experience. Coordinate product displays, seasonal updates, and event design vignettes. Manage scheduling for private appointments, tastings, and vendor meetings. Oversee inventory, samples, and collateral to ensure showroom readiness.

Business Development Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and client outreach. Support partnerships with vendors, planners, and corporate clients. Track sales performance and provide regular reports to leadership.

Qualifications Proven sales experience, preferably in culinary, design, hospitality, or luxury goods. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence. Passion for food, design, and creating memorable experiences. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
