Position Summary
We’re looking for a top-performing, clinically savvy sales professional to cover the Southern Georgia territory. You’ll build relationships with key health care professionals and infusion providers, educate on product value, and drive territory sales growth in a startup environment where your voice matters and your performance drives impact.
Key Responsibilities
Promote IVIG and biologic therapies to prescribers, infusion centers, and specialty pharmacies
Call on specialists including immunologists, neurologists, hematologists, rheumatologists, and others
Identify and onboard new accounts, infusion centers, and key stakeholders
Deliver high-science product education and patient identification training
Partner with market access, reimbursement, and patient services to support therapy initiation
· Evaluate the competition for infusion business and assist owner with plan to stay competitive in the service area.
Track activity, performance, and account insights in CRM system
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
Clinical or pharmacy background preferred : RN, NP, PA, BS in Pharmacy, Pharm.D
3–5+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience
Prior experience in IVIG, biologics, or complex infused therapies required
Proven track record of exceeding quota in a competitive, field-based sales role
Familiarity with Southern Georgia healthcare systems and prescriber networks a plus
Strong clinical communication, business acumen, and strategic territory planning skills
Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Ability to travel extensively within the territory (up to 80% of the time)
Must be able to drive long distances and manage multiple in-person appointments daily
Ability to carry materials (up to 25 lbs) such as sales aids, product samples, and devices
Frequent standing and walking during office visits, events, or site walk-throughs
Must be comfortable working in clinical environments , including hospitals, clinics, and infusion centers
Occasionally required to attend evening programs, early morning meetings, or weekend events
Must be able to work in a remote/home office setting when not in the field
Compliance with all facility-specific PPE and health requirements (e.g., vaccinations, infection control)
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 (based on experience and credentials)
Uncapped Commission Plan based on referrals
Equity or stock options potential for top performers (Founder’s Circle eligibility)
