Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will collaborate with fellow associates and management to maximize sales and ensure our store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and organized. Key Responsibilities: Greet every customer within 10 feet, within 30 seconds of their arrival. Maintain visual consistency by merchandising and signing your areas. Replenish merchandise promptly from incoming freight to maximize selection. Address customer requests for unavailable items and communicate with your supervisor. Resolve customer concerns efficiently and courteously. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years retail sales experience. Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift up to 30 lbs.
