What You’ll Do As our Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing or as our Sales Manager, you’ll take the lead in driving group room sales and maximizing revenue. You’ll spend the majority of your time actively soliciting new business through sales calls, site visits, proposals, and networking. You’ll also mentor and support fellow Sales Managers, help create and execute sales and marketing plans, and work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to meet—and exceed—KPI goals.
