If you have proven success managing internet sales operations , working with numbers to drive performance, and leading a team to achieve results, we want to talk to you! In this role, you’ll oversee the Internet Sales Department, including the Business Development Center (BDC) and sales staff , managing 700–800 monthly leads while ensuring every customer receives exceptional service from first contact to final sale.

Responsibilities – Internet Sales Manager:
Lead and manage the Internet Sales Department, including BDC representatives and salespeople , to achieve monthly lead conversion and sales goals
Oversee and track 700 – 800 monthly internet leads , ensuring timely follow-up and consistent customer engagement
Use CRM tools to monitor performance, track communications, and maintain accurate records
Develop and implement phone, email, and text processes to maximize appointment setting and sales opportunities
Train and coach team members to improve performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Analyze reports and sales metrics to work effectively with numbers and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with other sales managers and departments to ensure smooth customer transitions
Qualifications/Requirements – Internet Sales Manager:
Previous internet sales management experience required
Strong ability to analyze data, work with numbers, and translate metrics into actionable strategies
Experience managing a BDC and sales staff in a high-volume automotive environment preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
Tech-savvy with CRM and lead management systems
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or GED equivalent
