About the role
Run discovery through close and ensure a smooth first-month rollout that turns wins into references.
What you’ll do
Convert routed demos/inbound; add selective self-sourced meetings.
Discovery → customized proposal → negotiate & close .
Keep weekly forecasts accurate; capture the next step on every opportunity.
Partner with solutions for multi-site/custom needs; QBR-style check-ins.
Capture field learnings to refine ICP and messaging.
What you’ll bring
B2B selling experience; tech/telecom preferred.
Relationship-first approach with strong objection handling.
CRM proficiency and KPI ownership.
Organized, coachable, proactive; authorized to work in the U.S.
Spanish a plus.
Compensation & benefits
Commission-based with paid onboarding and performance bonuses.
Typical OTE $50,000–$90,000+ ; coaching, product support, and a clear growth path.
