Were expanding rapidly across the U.S. and are seeking a driven B2B Sales Representative based in Phoenix, Arizona, to drive growth in Arizona, Florida, California, Texas, and New York.
The Role:
You will be DualPools point of contact for pool/spa wholesalers and high-volume pool maintenance companies. Your mission: open new accounts, grow repeat business, and make DualPool a household brand in your markets. Youll sell both in-person and over the phone, traveling to key territories, hosting demos, and representing DualPool at top industry trade shows. Youll be reporting directly to the VP of Market Innovation. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for innovation, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be responsible for selling our breakthrough pool clarifier directly to homeowners through a mix of direct outreach, community events, and digital engagement. What Youll Do:
Identify and target pool/spa wholesalers and pool maintenance companies managing 500+ pools. Prospect, cold call, and network to generate new B2B customers. Conduct in-person and virtual product demos showing how DualPool delivers superior water clarity and boosts profitability. Manage the sales cycle from first contact to repeat orders. Represent DualPool at major industry trade shows and regional events. Build strong relationships with owners, procurement managers, and operations leads. Maintain accurate sales tracking and forecasting. Manage a personal sales pipeline and follow up with prospects in a timely, organized manner Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to confidently address customer questions and objections Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback and optimize sales messaging Track all activity and report weekly on sales performance Assist in the Dual Pool/Clearflow manufacturing operations as needed What Were Looking For: 3+ years proven B2B sales success, ideally in pool/spa, water treatment, or related industries. Strong hunter mentality with the ability to open doors and build trust quickly. Skilled, professional communicator effective face-to-face and over the phone. Ability to simplify technical product benefits for business owners and managers. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven. Willing to travel regionally and nationally for sales calls and trade shows.
