Position Title: Full-Time Sales Representative - B2B

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Primary Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Territory: Greater Phoenix and Tucson regions

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to help bring a new technology to market. This role offers the chance to participate in growing a business from its early stages, working with forward-thinking organizations and exploring opportunities across multiple sectors. You’ll connect with prospective business clients, build relationships, and help position a unique solution in the marketplace.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the product offering to effectively communicate value to potential clients

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through in-person visits, networking events, and industry gatherings

• Prepare sales reports and maintain records of interactions, leads, and progress

• Conduct market research to track trends, assess competition, and uncover new business prospects

• Assist in planning and executing promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions

• Travel to meet with prospects and customers as needed, occasionally outside the local area

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in an outside sales capacity to business customers

• High level of self-motivation and accountability

• Skilled at engaging with clients, handling objections, and finding solutions

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to think creatively about business opportunities

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Must have a reliable, fully-insured personal vehicle for business travel
