Description of the role:
Tipton Motor Sales, LLC is seeking a motivated BDC Sales Agent to join our team in Brownsville, TX. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, texts and emails to prospective customers
Set appointments and generate business for the dealership
Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, text and chat
Follow up with leads to convert them into customers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, work load and personal metrics for weekly reports
Requirements:
Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service
Excellent communication skills
Outgoing and a can-do attitude!
Fast learner
Ability to multitask and prioritize work load
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
Fluid in English and Spanish is a must
Team player
FULL TIME (no part time available)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00
