Responsibilities RTS Carrier Services and Shamrock Trading Corporation are seeking a motivated salesperson to join our sales team. This role involves prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts for RTS Carrier Services, focusing on acquiring new customers and developing existing accounts in the assigned region. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, outgoing, ambitious, and dynamic. Understand and execute all processes from lead generation and prospecting to qualifying and closing new accounts. Develop new business deals, negotiate terms, and lead negotiations. Identify and develop strategic sales efforts and cross-selling opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Ensure all processes are followed to maximize yield, aligned with senior management strategies. Participate in strategic planning, including positioning, competitive analysis, and market penetration. Assess market potential, pricing, and profitability, and document new models. Assist in product marketing, including launches, presentations, and competitive analysis. Refine processes to stay competitive and relevant. Track metrics for all programs and activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelors degree and 2+ years of business development experience required; 5+ years preferred. Proven success in professional, solutions-based sales over the phone. Experience with high call volume (cold calling) and face-to-face sales. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple product lines. Attention to detail, with an interest in comparative and value analysis. Passion for success and contributing to organizational growth. Competitive team player with a desire to excel. Bilingual in English and one of the following: Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, or Uzbek (must speak, read, and write both languages fluently with business vocabulary).
