About the Role: My client is a major plastics injection molding business ($75-80M revenue) recognized for their flexibility, technical breadth (thermoplastic, thermoset, two-shot, overmolding, and secondary operations), and direct connections to senior leadership. With a motivated and supportive team, my client offers both the agility of a smaller organization and the impact of a market leader—backed by private equity and primed for significant growth (and a potential sale in 2-3 years). What You'll Do:

* Take ownership of and grow an existing customer portfolio, primarily located in Detroit and Chicago * Drive approximately $2M in new business landed annually, focusing on key sectors: automotive (70%), lawn/garden, industrial, medical, renewable energy, data centers, and drone manufacturing * Build relationships with Tier 1 customers and engage directly with engineers on technical requirements and value solutions * Enjoy a strong support system, including a comprehensive handover from a departing account manager and access to in-house/rep-group resources * Work independently and remotely, with periodic, fully expensed travel to clients and manufacturing facilities

Compensation & Benefits:

What You'll Bring:
