We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to be part of our team. A successful CSR must be friendly, companionate, thorough, detail oriented and intuitive to customer needs. This role is designed to goal is to promote our products and services. This position involves answering live incoming calls, managing customer email requests, and replying to items that come in after hours. The successful candidate must be able to handle these calls and emails effectively and efficiently, be able to speak with current and future customers to help them place orders, answer questions about our meal services and resolve any service issues they may have. Outbound calls include returning customer calls and contacting existing customer to ask if they need meals for the following week.

Schedule would be 4-5 days a week latest shift ends at 7:00 pm, Saturday and Sundays off Strong Computer, Communication and People Skills are a must. Responsibilities  Answer incoming calls
 Provide information about product, it's health benefits, and pricing
 Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements
 Record the customer's personal information accurately as to avoid errors.
 Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
 Go the "extra mile" to exceed customer expectations of service and facilitate future sales
 Keep records of calls and sales and maintain customer notes
Skills
 Proven experience as telephone service or call center experience. (Customer Relationship software
experience is a plus)
 Ability to successfully customer expectations in person and via phone
 Working knowledge of Microsoft programs, computer programs and telephone systems
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Proficient in English
 Skilled in working with customers and their complaints
 Ability to exhibit patience and problem solving skills to handle customer calls.
