Your Mission
Drive enterprise sales strategy and execution across the multi-family housing, residential builder, and property management ecosystems.
Identify, build and close partnerships with developers, property managers, REITs, HOAs, and facility operators.
Own the full sales cycle for a diverse range of clients, including national, regional, and custom home builders, multi-family residential developers and property managers in high-rises, apartments, and condos.
Articulate Phyn's platform value : preventing leaks, reducing OPEX, enabling ESG compliance, and improving tenant experience.
Translate the value of Phyn's AI-powered water intelligence platform into clear ROI across property protection, loss prevention, customer satisfaction, and sustainability.
Collaborate with Phyn's CEO and leadership to refine go-to-market strategy, partner programs, and pricing models.
Represent Phyn with clarity and authority at industry conferences, sales summits, and enterprise customer events.
Align closely with customer success and technical teams to ensure smooth implementations and expansion opportunities.
Track and report performance against KPIs such as revenue targets, partner acquisition, and funnel velocity.
You Bring
5+ years of enterprise sales experience in PropTech, building systems, MDU's, single family residential, IoT, or real estate tech.Strong familiarity with the multi-family development and property management landscape.A track record of navigating complex sales cycles, closing multimillion-dollar deals, and scaling enterprise partnerships.Technical fluency with modern platforms : IoT, connected devices, AI-driven analytics, and data-centric solutions.Ability to clearly communicate business value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Executive presence, confidence in dynamic group settings, and proven ability to present to C-suite audiences.Comfort representing the company externally with polish, credibility, and strategic insight.History of closing complex sales to asset managers, developers, property management and / or REIT leadership.Ability to align technical capabilities to business value across diverse stakeholder groups.Entrepreneurial drive with a strategic mindset and passion for innovation. Location : Torrance, California
Range for this position
135,000 - $155,000
Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, compensation also includes a performance-based bonus, and in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
