We need a go‑to‑market leader who can architect and execute a revenue strategy across sales and marketing. You’ll refine our ideal client profile, position our services, run campaigns and close deals while building the systems, processes and team that will sustain long‑term growth. You’ll inherit HubSpot CRM (with workflows, automation and dashboards), a marketing / SEO agency, historical SDR data, multi‑year playbooks and a mapped‑out growth plan. Our cybersecurity service includes a dedicated 24 / 7 / 365 SOC, zero‑trust protection and regular end‑user training, while Datalytics and AI & automation solutions deliver real‑time insights and efficiency gains. You can focus on revenue knowing the service is reliable and cutting‑edge. High upside. We offer a competitive base salary and incentive structure. Our incentive structure—including clear milestones for building systems and hiring, plus uncapped commissions—makes the on‑target earnings above $170K. What You’ll Do Build and execute simultaneously. In your first months, immerse yourself in our strategy, market and data. Work with our agency partners to refine the HubSpot pipeline and dashboards. Launch outbound and inbound campaigns, build sequences and run discovery calls. You’ll be prospecting and closing deals while designing the playbooks, metrics and processes that future SDRs and AEs will follow. Design the go‑to‑market strategy. Collaborate with our owner and others to clarify offers, positioning and ICP. And align DaZZee’s service packages with client needs, highlighting benefits like unlimited support, proactive risk mitigation and real‑time dashboards. Recruit and lead. Once the revenue engine is humming, you’ll define hiring profiles, recruit and onboard SDRs and AEs, coach them, and eventually step back from day‑to‑day selling to focus on scaling. Own revenue operations. Oversee demand generation, RevOps and pipeline management. Lead forecasting, manage budgets and collaborate with our fractional CRO to refine the incentive structure. What You’ll Bring 5–10 years of B2B sales or MSP / IT services leadership as a player‑coach, with a track record of building outbound and inbound campaigns and closing mid‑market deals. Deep HubSpot experience (workflows, automation, dashboarding). Go‑to‑market expertise—comfortable designing strategy, executing tactics and pivoting from individual contributor to leader. Experience working with or managing marketing agencies and understanding of data analytics and cybersecurity offerings (e.g., 24 / 7 SOC, zero‑trust, dashboards). Ability to work Central time and travel to Kansas City as needed. Compensation Competitive Base Salary : Based on experience and location. Variable & Incentives : Aggressive commission plan, uncapped. Rich bonuses for achieving system‑build and team‑build milestones. OTE for this role exceeds $170K. Commission Timing : Paid monthly after invoice, with overrides as you build a team.
