ABOUT THIS DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING POSITION

This management role typically works full-time during regular business hours. Your day as the Director of Sales and Marketing begins with a team meeting, where you lead discussions on strategy and progress toward occupancy goals. You then dive into developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to attract new residents and their families, ensuring the message resonates with the unique needs of seniors. Throughout the day, you connect with referral partners, give facility tours, and foster relationships with the community. As a leader, you mentor your team, guiding them with your expertise in sales and marketing to elevate their skills and meet targets. Your expert communication keeps everyone aligned and engaged, driving the facility's growth and reputation forward.
