Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic Director of Sales to lead our regional team and drive growth in the fast-moving world of casino gaming and entertainment. This is not just a sales management role. It is a chance to set the vision, build meaningful customer relationships, and deliver innovative gaming experiences that operators and players love. Based out of the Pacific Northwest region, this role will be responsible for both new business development and recurring revenue growth. You will lead a high-performing team, partner with internal departments to ensure flawless execution, and serve as a trusted advisor to key customers and prospects. Responsibilities Lead and inspire the regional sales team to exceed revenue and recurring revenue targets Create and execute a territory sales strategy that aligns with company objectives Build strong partnerships with casino operators, executives, and decision makers Represent our company in customer presentations, product demonstrations, and industry events Work closely with Marketing to develop programs that drive customer engagement and adoption Partner with Operations and Product teams to ensure successful installations and a superior customer experience Recruit, mentor, and develop top sales talent with a focus on accountability and growth Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales pipelines with accuracy and discipline Negotiate contracts and structure deals with key customers Bring back competitive intelligence and field insights that shape our business strategy Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred At least 5 years of progressive sales experience in casino gaming, hospitality, or technology A minimum of 3 years leading a sales team with a track record of success Proven ability to manage large territories and diverse product lines Strong executive presence and the ability to influence at the C-Suite level Excellent presentation and communication skills with both large and small audiences A strategic thinker who understands market trends and competitive dynamics Passion for gaming and enthusiasm for new technologies Note: All offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check *Posted positions are not open to third party recruiters and unsolicited resume submissions will be considered free referrals.
