Location: Las Vegas, NV (Extensive Travel Required)

We’re looking for a results-driven Director of Sales to lead multi-segment sales efforts, capture new business, and strengthen relationships across leisure, group, extended stay, and corporate markets. Based in Las Vegas, this role offers the opportunity to shape sales strategy and deliver measurable growth in one of hospitality’s most exciting portfolios.

Your Impact

  • Develop and execute a multi-segment sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in leisure, group, extended stay, and corporate markets.

  • Build and maintain relationships with top-tier accounts, travel advisors, event planners, and decision-makers.

  • Collaborate with Revenue Management on pricing strategies and promotional offers.

  • Partner with Marketing to create compelling campaigns and sales collateral.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to adjust strategy.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.

  • 8+ years of progressive hospitality sales leadership experience with multi-property oversight.

  • Proven success in exceeding revenue targets across multiple segments.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to travel extensively (50–70%) for client meetings, property visits, and events.
