We are looking for a Director of Sales over packaging for one of our highly reputable clients in Wisconsin This is a very incredible opportunity for someone who is a go getter, loves the team environment, and is hands on Your Mission: Lead your sales segment, guide your team, and grow sales and margins by 10%+ annually . What You'll Do Lead and develop a high-performing sales team through coaching, hiring, and mentoring. Build strong relationships with your team and key customers. Connect strategy to execution by working closely with marketing, operations, and vendor partners. Stay agile and organized, juggling priorities while focusing on what drives results. Leverage sales technology (CRM, ERP, reporting tools) and ensure your team does the same. Build strong pipelines, remove bottlenecks, and follow up relentlessly on every opportunity. Who You Are Experienced in the packaging industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics. Strategic thinker who can shift to tactical execution quickly. Natural relationship-builder who inspires teams and earns trust. Thrives in a fast-moving, problem-solving environment. Takes ownership, drives results, and follows through. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience leading regional or national sales teams. Proven track record of sales and margin growth. Strong leadership development background.
