Honeywell Building Automation has an excellent opportunity for a Director of Software Sales . This role is based in North America. You will be responsible for driving software sales and supporting channel growth to meet and exceed annual orders and revenue targets. Responsibilities Develop, deploy, and track forecasts for the Forge for Buildings AOP, following established pricing guidelines. Hold regional teams accountable for new business, renewals, and migrations. Identify and communicate the strengths and weaknesses of our software value propositions, adjusting strategies based on market intelligence in collaboration with marketing, technology, and product teams. Own the real-time Sales MOS, reporting, and resource allocation requests. Conduct reporting, analysis, and forecasting using source data (SFDC, SAP, etc.). Travel as necessary within the assigned territory. Own and drive customer engagement to ensure progress and closure of opportunities. Qualifications Must Have: 10 years of sales experience selling to end users. Valued Skills: Experience in the commercial buildings industry with North American market knowledge. At least 5 years in SaaS, building controls, or services in commercial and institutional buildings markets. Excellent organization and project management skills. Experience leading a geographically dispersed sales team. Ability to work and sell across diverse markets. Understanding of P&L and business case development for sales investments. Experience developing and executing sales growth strategies. Ability to build sales strategies from market data across multiple geographies and industries.
