We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager candidates to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Build the next generation of top performers! Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a customer-centric approach daily. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, pricing, and merchandising to optimize sales. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and continuous development programs for the sales team. Performance Analysis: Regularly review and analyze sales performance data to make data-driven decisions. Budget Management: Manage departmental budgets and control expenses to ensure profitability. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales or dealership sales management. Proven track record of success in sales management, including meeting and exceeding sales targets at a dealership. Strong leadership, mentor/coach and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of automotive industry trends and dealership operations. Proficiency in sales management software and tools. High level of motivation, self-discipline, and integrity. Team player!
