Were seeking a highly driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will actively prospect, develop leads, and close insurance sales while educating clients on their options. Whether you're experienced in insurance sales or looking to break into a rewarding and lucrative industry, we offer the tools, training, and support you need to succeed. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new leads through various channels (e.g., networking, referrals, online leads, cold calling)
Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
Requirement
Active Property & Casualty and/or Life insurance license (or ability to obtain)
Prior sales experience is preferred (insurance, retail, customer service)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and coachable
Proficient with computers and CRM systems
Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
