Responsibilities Make outbound/inbound calls to new leads and follow up with prospects Create accurate and timely insurance quotes Present and sell policies to new clients Ensure paperwork is completed and signed correctly Follow up consistently using tasks in our CRM

Requirement Licensed in P&C and/or Life/Health Insurance Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone Strong communication and follow-through skills Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required Coachable, organized, and tech-savvy Eager to grow with a newer, success-driven agency
