HomeSmiles is a property maintenance company committed to making homeownership and property management easier. We provide preventive services like gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, window washing, pressure washing, and more all delivered with professionalism, reliability, and care.

Position Summary
The Field & Sales Manager ensures that HomeSmiles services are delivered at the highest standard while driving team performance and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role combining fieldwork with leadership, client engagement, and grassroots marketing to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the field team during service calls to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Lead, train, and manage a team of field technicians, including scheduling and performance oversight.
  • Receive and respond to bid requests from the Sales Center or directly from existing clients; prepare estimates and proposals.
  • Follow up with clients post-service to encourage online reviews and confirm satisfaction.
  • Drive grassroots marketing, including:
    • Placement of yard signs and door hangers.
    • After-hours door knocking campaigns.
    • Promoting and upselling the HomeSmiles 365 program.
  • Monitor profit margins, team productivity, and customer satisfaction against monthly performance goals.
  • Maintain equipment, supplies, and scheduling systems to support field operations.
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $50,000 annually.
  • Incentive Compensation: Up to $27,000 annually, comprised of three monthly incentive goals ($750 each):
    1. Achieving a 4-star (or higher) review for 75% of completed jobs monthly.
    2. Generating 20 new "HomeSmiles 365" subscriptions per month.
    3. Maintaining a 31% profit margin on monthly performance.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in field service operations, construction, facilities, or related industries.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable with grassroots marketing, customer interaction, and upselling.
  • Ability to work hands-on in the field alongside technicians.
  • Proficiency with mobile apps, scheduling, and reporting tools.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
