WHAT YOU'LL DO: Engage in a comprehensive program that develops your skills to provide holistic financial advice to clients, with participation in discussions, goal-setting sessions, and progress evaluations. Acquire hands-on experience in marketing Individual Insurance products to clients while passing a sales competency assessment. Build your prospecting skills in research, targeting, networking, and communication through personal networks, community events, and social media. Gain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, showcasing knowledge of their features and benefits. Manage the completion of content, proposal documentation, and paperwork flow to ensure a smooth application and underwriting experience. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Your commitment to successfully complete all trainee program requirements, acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge to excel. The ability to obtain required insurance licenses before starting, allowing for up to two attempts on the Life and Health exam. The capacity to pass the CRD/FINRA background check during the hiring process, with securities licensing required within 24 months. A high level of self-motivation and results orientation, thriving both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, maintaining a valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation for meetings and client appointments. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Familiarity with the Insurance/Financial Services industry, including products and marketing practices.
