In this position, you will deliver exceptional customer service while selling a variety of furniture, mattresses, and home decor in a dynamic retail environment. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products. Support coworkers and collaborate to enhance the customer experience. Exhibit effective closing techniques. Process information accurately in the point-of-sale system. Manage customer purchase documentation and track orders. Follow up with customers post-sale. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets. Engage in effective communication with colleagues. Help maintain a clean and organized work environment. Perform additional duties as necessary. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Preference for applicants with retail, sales, or customer service experience Basic computer proficiency Friendly, professional attitude Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and holidays Availability to work every weekend Strong organizational abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
