This role's essential job functions are as follows:
Conduct site inspections throughout the property. Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel, both orally and in written form to previous, current, and potential clients.
Prepare weekly resumes and event orders to coordinate with all departments, ensuring proper servicing of all groups. Submit weekly activity reports to ADOS promptly.
Manage account details to ensure all solicitation and closing activities are complete and documented. Coordinate departmental participation in servicing accounts.
Develop and deliver persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients.
Travel locally for outside calls, promote the hotel, and review competitors.
Meet with and entertain clients as appropriate to generate potential business from their accounts.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, setting up exhibits that involve bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching overhead.
Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing to provide direction to staff.
Maintain regular attendance and be available to work as scheduled.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
Prior Marriott Hotel Sales experience; CI/TY and Lightspeed experience is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and high creativity.
