The company's portfolio of products includes an employer benefits analytics platform and a proprietary US claims database. The Opportunity The company is undergoing a significant transformation to realign and revitalize its sales organization for accelerated growth. This new sales leadership role is a strategic investment in the company's vertical go-to-market approach, with a focus on the Employers market. As the leader of this vertical, you will be empowered to define and execute the sales strategy. The role involves leading a team of four reps, with the potential to hire two more, focusing on a direct sales go-to-market motion. Key Responsibilities Own the sales strategy and execution for the Employer vertical to drive profitable growth and expand market share, with a goal of building a pipeline 4x the team's quota. Lead a team of sales professionals to drive new logo acquisition for the company’s portfolio of products. Hire and develop new team members to accelerate growth and meet strategic objectives. Enhance the corporate understanding of the unique dynamics within the Employer vertical. Maintain an executive presence and act as a credible subject matter expert in client engagements. Candidate Profile (Non-Negotiables) Deep experience in the healthcare space selling technology, with a focus on the Employer market. Experience selling to employers with 5,000-15,000 employees. A sales leader with a strong "hunter" mentality, with a primary emphasis on new logo acquisition. Experience leading teams with a mix of new logo and account management responsibilities is ideal. A stable career history, as candidates with multiple 1-2 year stints will generally not be considered unless due to substantial merger or demonstrated success. A mix of startup experience & established enterprise is ideal.
