The Company is in search of a Head of Sales to spearhead the development and expansion of a high-performing enterprise sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the early sales team, defining the go-to-market strategy, and establishing a repeatable sales process. This role is pivotal in a market with a limited number of key accounts, and the focus will be on securing new business and growing contracted revenue significantly over the next few years.
Key responsibilities for the Head of Sales include growing contracted annual recurring revenue, securing new signed logos, and building a substantial sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling complex vertical SaaS solutions, particularly with large deal sizes, and will be adept at recruiting, coaching, and managing a strong sales team. The role requires a leader with high emotional intelligence, extraversion, and a charismatic personality, as well as intelligence, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly. The Head of Sales will play a critical role in the company's growth, with a clear focus on meeting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
