Key responsibilities for the Head of Sales include growing contracted annual recurring revenue, securing new signed logos, and building a substantial sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling complex vertical SaaS solutions, particularly with large deal sizes, and will be adept at recruiting, coaching, and managing a strong sales team. The role requires a leader with high emotional intelligence, extraversion, and a charismatic personality, as well as intelligence, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly. The Head of Sales will play a critical role in the company's growth, with a clear focus on meeting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
