About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, data-driven leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS and connected technology sales. This role is pivotal in leading and mentoring the senior sales team, executing the national go-to-market strategy, and engaging in high-value customer negotiations. The Head of Sales will also be responsible for maintaining accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure pipeline health and customer lifecycle management.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of senior sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling high-growth sales organizations. The role requires an individual with a deep understanding of enterprise sales motions, complex deal management, and the ability to attract, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent. The ideal candidate will have executive presence, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
