What You’ll Do Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily—no cold calling Present HVAC solutions to homeowners whose systems are down or ready for replacement Build trust, educate clients, and guide them to the best solution for their needs Close sales in a supportive, customer-first environment What You Bring 2+ years of consultative sales experience with a strong closing record Comfortable working directly with homeowners Tech-savvy:
able to present using iPads, laptops, etc.
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Willingness to work evenings and some weekends Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Preferred Qualifications 5+ years combined experience in retail and/or consultative sales Preference given to candidates with service industry sales experience Strong understanding of sales psychology and pipeline management Goal-driven with a passion for helping people Solid writing and organizational skills Ready to take control of your career and join a company that values your success?
