What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily—no cold calling
• Present HVAC solutions to homeowners whose systems are down or ready for replacement
• Build trust, educate clients, and guide them to the best solution for their needs
• Close sales in a supportive, customer-first environment

What You Bring

• 2+ years of consultative sales experience with a strong closing record
• Comfortable working directly with homeowners
• Tech-savvy: able to present using iPads, laptops, etc.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work evenings and some weekends
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years combined experience in retail and/or consultative sales
• Preference given to candidates with service industry sales experience
• Strong understanding of sales psychology and pipeline management
• Goal-driven with a passion for helping people
• Solid writing and organizational skills
