Your Role: Make outbound calls using our automated system (no manual dialing) Respond to inbound calls from interested customers Schedule free in-home consultations for our nationwide dealer network Represent Bath Concepts with professionalism and energy Earn commissions based on your results — no limits We’re Looking For: Motivated sales professionals with a competitive edge and strong focus on achieving results. Outgoing, confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills At least 1 year experience of sales (call center experience is a plus) People who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM One evening shift per week required: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM or at least one Saturday per month Saturday shifts include a $3/hour differential Saturday options: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM | 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
