Responsibilities
Proactively engage with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales. Respond to inquiries with accurate product information, pricing, and availability. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with outside sales reps and internal teams to meet sales goals. Process orders and manage customer accounts using CRM tools. Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; experience in the window and door industry is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. About Us
