POSITIONAL SUMMARY
At Axium Inspections, we’re looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative with a passion for relationship-building and driving business growth through strategic outreach. This role is focused on developing real estate agent referral partnerships to generate home inspection sales and strengthen our presence in the Denver, Co., market.

This is a fast-paced, phone-driven role that requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a service-minded approach. The ideal candidate is energized by connecting with others, thrives on reaching ambitious targets, and enjoys helping professionals find trusted solutions for their clients.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Develop, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of referral opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital communication
- Responsible for conducting 850 calls quarterly
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with real estate agents, brokerages, and other key referral partners
- Identify and overcome objections to convert new prospects into active referral partners
- Support the Outside Sales team by generating and scheduling in-person meetings, presentations, and office visits
- Maintain consistent communication with existing partners to drive recurring business and foster loyalty
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver clear, professional messaging that supports lead generation and brand presence
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to collaborative sales strategies and initiatives
- Track and manage leads, prospects, and partner engagement using the company CRM and communication tools
- Stay informed on industry trends and local market dynamics to better serve clients and agents
- Provide timely responses and follow-through on all communication to ensure excellent customer service
- Support company-wide marketing and sales efforts including campaigns, social media, and virtual events as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Comfortable and confident making outbound calls including cold calls
- Highly motivated self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively
- Proficient with CRM systems and common business software such as email and spreadsheets
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment
- Familiar with sales psychology, digital outreach strategies, and lead conversion
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free remote work environment
- Comfortable working full-time hours Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in real estate, home inspection, mortgage, or a related field
- Two or more years of outbound call center or phone-based sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree
