We’re seeking an enthusiastic, experienced  Inside Sales Representative  with a go-getter mindset and the ability to close sales. Compensation: $75,000 - $140,000 Base Salary + Bonus OTE Responsibilities: Working closely with the Director of Sales to execute the 2025-2026 business plan for engaging new clients Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of prospective client cases to assess alignment with our services, ensuring clients feel fully acknowledged and understood Answering any non-legal questions raised by clients regarding filling out forms, sending documents to the firm, signing legal services agreements, and performing any other matter involving the client's pre-engagement relationship. Maintaining accurate records in the CRM to track the number of clients. Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files. Deliver an exceptional client experience by fostering a genuine sense of care and support, ensuring potential clients feel valued and understood rather than sold to. Communicate the value of collaborating with our firm and how we do things differently. Assist clients in addressing and overcoming objections related to budget, timing, competitiveness, and other concerns, guiding them toward informed decisions. Must be proficient in conducting these conversations fluently in English or Spanish Follow up with your client consistently and compassionately to move them through the decision-making process. Complete new hire documents, collect payment, and send the complete package to the accounting department for processing. Qualifications: Fluent in English and Spanish 2+ years of proven success in sales or a related role, demonstrating your ability to drive results and exceed targets. High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred. Deadline-oriented and excellent time management skills. Manage daily activities precisely, focusing on priorities and achieving key performance indicators consistently. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities, complemented by genuine empathy to understand and address client needs. Excellent people skills, including negotiating, presenting, and persuading naturally and responsively. Possess resilient confidence developed through overcoming significant life challenges, enabling you to effectively engage with potential clients who may hesitate due to fear or uncertainty. Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process. Ability to travel within the tri-county area; mileage will be compensated. Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background).

Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday
