As an  Inside Sales Representative , you'll connect with new and existing customers to position and sell a suite of safety and compliance solutions. J. J. Keller's diverse portfolio consists of Safety Forms & Supplies, Compliance Publications, Training Resources, Consulting & Outsourced Services, SaaS Safety Management Tools, and Transportation Technology.
Your daily focus will include: Making outbound prospecting calls Conducting discovery conversations to identify client needs Presenting value-driven solutions to close business Managing a sales pipeline and exceeding monthly sales goals
Sales Roles Tailored to Your Strengths - We offer multiple paths based on your skill set and career goals: Structured Selling – High-volume outbound calls using a proven script aimed at one-call closes, and winning every day Marketing-Driven Leads – Outbound prospecting calls into marketing driven leads. Engage in discovery conversation to develop opportunities to sell new products and solutions Dedicated Account List – Develop a prospecting and sales strategy to uncover and grow business within a dedicated list of accounts WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Hunter Mentality – You’re driven, competitive, and passionate about winning new business Sales Experience – At least 1 year in phone-based or B2B sales preferred Clear Communicator – Confident presenting over the phone and skilled in building rapport Tech-Savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to adopt new systems Education – High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
