Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through cold calling, emails, and other lead-generation strategies.
- Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to identify their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the Dealer Network, National Trainers, and Regional Sales Manager to develop strategies for lead conversion.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing product-related inquiries and resolving issues.
- Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and document sales activities and customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and market conditions to effectively present solutions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance sales processes and achieve team goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with prospects and clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.
- Comfortable with technology and CRM tools (experience with Map My Customer is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Experience or understanding of the fire service is a plus.
