We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist Leadperson for our Orders Department.
We will be looking for the following qualifications:
Associate Degree in Business or related field, .
Good word, excel, and math skills.
Ability to work independently, detail oriented, accurate.
Not required but would be a plus:
customer service-related experience
experience working in a manufacturing environment
familiarity with an ERP/MRP system
experience as a leadperson or supervisor
foreign skills
Job duties will include:
leading the Customer Service group
processing customer orders and preparing quotations
responding to customers and following up regarding order status
resolving customer questions and issues
working with other departments to ensure timely shipments
communicating repair and technical information to customers
assist with our field service order process through final customer invoicing
In addition, the Customer Service Specialist Leadperson will train members of the Customer Service group and support departmental growth.
