Responsibilities Learn to meet sales goals and agency objectives with the support of your team. Build connections with clients, local businesses, and community members. Call leads, share insurance options, and guide customers toward the right coverage. Provide friendly, professional service and treat every customer like family. Generate new business through referrals, networking, social media, and community outreach. Take part in training to build your sales skills and insurance knowledge.
Requirement Willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license (training and support provided) or currently possesses a license. No prior insurance experience required! Sales, customer service, or people-facing experience is a plus. Positive, outgoing personality with a drive to succeed. Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and digital tools. Career-focused and eager to grow into leadership or encourage your coworkers to achieve more.
