Jim Coleman Infiniti and Nissan is seeking an experienced Internet Sales Manager who is energetic, positive, and possesses great people skills to join our team. This role is hands-on, and involves working leads, making phone calls, setting appointments, managing CSI for both Infiniti and Nissan, and training sales staff among other things. Candidates should also have a verifiable track record of profitability, market share performance, and above average CSI to be considered for the position. Responsibilities
Ensure proper follow-up of all prospective buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a CRM system
Establish delivery procedures and monitor performance and execution
Ensuring that e-leads are handled timely, answering questions, providing information and ideally setting an appointment for a visit to the store
Manage the follow-up with e-leads to assist them as needed through their research phase until ready for vehicle purchase
Ensure Customers are transitioned effectively from phone and internet contact to their in-store experience
Oversee daily operations of the Internet Sales & BDC department
Manage and coach a team of sales consultants
Respond to and follow up with internet leads, phone calls, and CRM tasks
Analyze buyer behavior and tailor communication accordingly
Monitor team performance and provide call coaching based on recordings
Generate and track daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
Collaborate with other department heads to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Proven success in Internet/BDC Sales or Department Management (Sales and/or Floor Manager)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of dealership CRM/DMS systems (ELEADS etc.)
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Must have valid driver's license
Basic computer skills and phone etiquette
Drive to meet, and exceed, sales quotas and goals
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and dealership personnel
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially phone and email
Nissan/Infiniti experience preferred but not required
